We work with people to disappear, or eliminate, ways of being and acting that do not contribute to their lives, and we illuminate pathways for enjoying a bigger life, a fuller life. We invite people to engage in the meeting of their heart's desire and what is calling to them from the world; in other words, to be able to pursue a joyful inheritance, which is our birthright, including in the workplace.

What we do is enable people to create their life, both experientially and practically, in a way that they can delight in their work. We partner with people in behalf of their business and professional intentions being fulfilled in a way that works for everyone. We show people how to create relationships that are founded in trust, partnership and alignment on an ongoing basis. We assist people in creating work environments which are meaningful for people and in which people can authentically rely on each other, enabling their gifts and talents to be recognized, exercised, and valued. We forward people in working together in new ways so that they can create accomplishment beyond their current levels of competence.

We open up conversations within organizations and with individuals, based in a new level of thinking, that would not otherwise occur, and in which there is an accelerated rate of resolution to their current issues and concerns. We work with small groups and large groups, through dialogue, exercises, workshop formats, executive sessions and long-term programs. We facilitate processes which generate authentic quality of relationship between people, including people who have had previous conflicts with one another. We provide forums in which people develop themselves to: 

• let go of past barriers, blocks, resentments, and limitations to their success and connection with one another
• create authentic communication with one another, listen to each other powerfully coach one another successfully
• tap into their own and others' wisdom, humor, and compassion

How is this work distinct from traditional training models?

Developmental opportunities are often theoretical or academic in nature. There is a critical difference between learning, which is based in understanding and knowledge, and development that has as its orientation the transformation of a way of being. The work of Gale Leadership Development LLC is the latter. It is not about information to apply but rather, creating a new space in which to live. It provides people with a new opening, like an evolutionary possibility, in their connection with life. It allows people to shift the way they view the world so that they have access to far more potent ways of being, living, and acting.
