A five-day course, plus three evenings, which focuses on Contributing and Being of Service as a way of Being: Speaking UP, Coming out of Hiding, Enrolling Others, Coaching, Teaching, and Mentoring Others; Being one who is a stand for and knows that they are making a Difference in the World

Leading Groups Effectively: Dates to be determined
(“The Wheel – The place where we steer the vessel, direct the crew, play our part in reaching the destination as a community”)

A breakthrough in developing others, and in designing, leading or facilitating groups, meetings, teams, with power, ease and confidence, such that there is a clarity of purpose and intention such that participants of these meetings experience being contributed to, served, and effective in meetings which are being held by graduates of this course. This program is done in conjunction with a Heart of Leadership.
