Meet Amba Gale

Amba Gale is an educator, trainer, coach, and transformational leader who works with developing people and their businesses to create breakthroughs in their lives and in the workplace.  For forty years, she has been engaged in generating conversations that empower people's personal and professional effectiveness, leadership, and inspiration, enabling them to create extraordinary relationships that allow for creativity, well-being and satisfaction, while enabling client organizations to realize increased productivity, service, and profitability.

In 1970, Ms. Gale graduated from the University of California at Berkeley as a Phi Beta Kappa with a Masters in Education. She began her career teaching high school for eight years, winning an award for innovative development from the California Teacher's Association in 1976. From 1978 to 1981, she was the National Marketing Director, Trainer, and Sales Manager for an international educational corporation. She trained thousands of people in sales, service, and productivity. During the 1970's and 1980's, she also led seminars and workshops which profoundly expanded people's ability to communicate with one another, enhancing the quality of their lives. In 1989, she completed the Mastery of Management, a business program at Darden College, the University of Virginia. 

In 1981, Ms. Gale co-founded London/Gale Associates, a business and management consulting firm, which served organizations primarily in the industries of health, engineering, computer, real estate, and telecommunications. In the late ’80 ‘s Ms. Gale created the Gale Consulting Group, which provided innovative technologies for enabling client organizations to create nurturing work environments that allowed for breakthroughs in trust, collaboration, partnership, productivity, service, communication, people development, and profitability. Her clients have included individuals, sole proprietorships, nonprofits, government and educational institutions, and multinational corporations. They have reported extraordinary accomplishments in developing leaders, team performance, increased profitability, and business success through developing people and creating work environments that work for people.

In 2009, Ms. Gale created Gale Leadership Development LLC in behalf of expanding her contribution, and the depth and breadth of her offerings, enabling others, with ever increasing velocity, to leave their leadership legacy in the world through aligning their purpose in life and work (and their companies’ purpose) with their inner core.
